Summary: This is the 2nd trip i have booked through this site & the 2nd disappointment. I booked late in the evening due to being at the hospital. Went in at 10pm & had to ring for a key. The person in charge said the room i booked had no key due to a cleaner taking it, so she could unlock it with the master key. I said i may have to leave & return. My gears wouldnt be safe. She told me to cancel my booking. I asked where am i going to go at this time of night? She didnt care. So i had to stay there. She unlocked the door, didnt care to turn a light on for us. My adult daughter went searching for a light & slipped over in the kitchen, due to the fridge leaking. So bad. It was switched on, but felt it was defrosting. The bathroom extractor fan didnt work so the floor ended up wet & slippery. The shower head was spraying water everywhere other than down. The room took 4hrs to warm up with the heat pymp. Bed had cotton sheets, freezing & 1 spare blanket. No electric blanket. Very disappointed.
